These are some of the many helpful resources that we turn to often in doing ministry to teenagers and we hope that some of these articles and resources will be helpful to you. We will be updating often and many of these websites have great resources. Keep checking back or click on the link in our weekly email to see what is updated. If you or your student have a helpful resource or article that might be helpful to share please let the youth staff know.
Student Devotionals and Studies:
The Gathering: A daily youtube devotional put together by a few of our friends in the PCA church.
CPYU-Center For Parent/Youth Understanding: Helping parents, youth workers, educators, pastors and others understand and reach today’s youth culture

-They also have a great resource for this season of life called Family Table Talk that we would highly recommend.
Rooted Ministry: Exists to transform student ministry by fostering grace-driven and cross-centered leaders through rich theological and contextual engagement.
-There are lots of helpful resources on this page, but there is a specific section for parents on their blog: Parents Blog.
The Gospel Coalition: Seeks to help people know God’s Word with their minds, love God fully with their hearts, and engage the world with grace and truth.
Harvest USA: Brings the truth and mercy of Jesus Christ by helping individuals and families affected by sexual struggles and by providing resources that address biblical sexuality to individuals and churches.
–The Local Youth Worker from RYM – Make sure to check out podcasts with Joe Novenson, Julie Lowe (on Body Image), Walt Mueller, Justin Holcombe, and Russ Whitfield to name a few.
–Youth Culture Matters – Too many to name. Great podcast for understanding youth culture and those specific areas where students are struggling.
–This Cultural Moment – Incredibly fascinating understanding of Western culture and the Gospel of Jesus.
–Raising Boys and Girls – Excellent! Helpful in understanding your students and how to parent well.
