Winter Retreat 2021
Winter Retreat 2021 CANCELLED…BUT!!
Because we cannot safely take 7th-12th graders with numbers and everything else that it involves, we have instead decided to have 3 different retreats to help spread out student involvement. As you can see below we will have 3 different options with the hopes that what we love about Winter Retreat will be translated to these 3 retreats. Of course, nothing can replace it and what we have learned over and over again this year is our need to be together in community around God’s Word. All of that to say you can access sign ups for these three retreats by clicking the images below.

Spring Retreat 2021: 6th-9th Graders
Winter Retreat is one of the best things we do as a youth ministry. One of the things we love so much about it, and what students love so much about it, is that it is a time to truly retreat. They get to retreat from the pressures of their daily lives, the pressure of being perfect, of being the best looking, of being the best athlete, and gives them a place to rest in the only One that can bring true refuge and retreat. We meet each year around 5:00 on Friday of Martin Luther King Jr. Weekend and head to our favorite retreat place, Camp ToKnowHim in Pisgah, AL. The weekend is filled with dance parties, football games, crazy skits, worship, great teaching, and great conversations with one another about what God is doing in our lives. We desire for your students relationship with Jesus to become more real and alive than it was before. This is also a great opportunity for your students to reach out to their friends and bring them along with us on the retreat. Please let any of your youth staff know if you have a question. We are not as able to provide scholarships as we have been in the past so if you are willing to sponsor someone to go on the retreat, or if you need financial assistance do not hesitate to talk with your youth staff. We NEVER want money to be a reason not to come on the retreat.
